My phone is not catching any network

First i think bsnl is not providing network then I port it into airtel then also it is not working help me out

Is this a new SIM or used? Does it have any visible scratching on the metal plating on the back of it? Also, does your device support the type of cellular connection that you are trying to use (example: In the US you have 3G CDMA (Verizon), 3G GSM (AT&T, T-Mobile), and 4G LTE)?
