Color ink not distributing
My color ink cartridges are still full but my prints do not have color on them as if the cartridges are empty. Any fix ot suggestions?

Hi
If you take the cartridges out and clean the printer head(bit at the bottom with ink on it usually) with a soft and damp cloth until the printer head is clean ,that is what I find helps this issue as it helps unclog the head
