What to do if y mattress spring ia bulging out
my sleepwell's mattress spring is bulging out from the centre .

Hi surya sisodiya,
Mattresses with springs, have the springs "sewn" to compress them somewhat.
You would need to open the mattress up and check if one or more of the bindings are torn or ripped.
If your mattress has a zipper opening, then it should be fairly simple, but if it's sewn together and all it'll be quite a bit more tricky with splitting, fixing and restitching.
