MX mechanical disassembly request

Is there an official way of requesting disassembly guides? Need to teardown a MX Mechanical (linear). Brand new and spacebar takes some seriously deliberate strikes to function.

Same here. The spacebar is broken on one side and the / key is intermittent.

I'd love a guide on how to fix this, because of the %#*@ cost.

  1. Pull all the keys
  2. Remove the screws between the key switches
  3. Flip it over and pry open the back cover from the edge using a flat opening tool or (STIFF)credit card
  4. Remove the shiny silver screws from the back inside and disconnect the flat cable and the power light cable connector
  5. Now you have access to the soldered switches.
