After replacing my lightning port my loud speaker stop working. I replaced the loud speaker with a new one with same results. Can someone help me out? Any help is appreciated thanks

The loudspeaker connects to the rest of the phone via the chargeport flex. Since you determined the fault is not with the loudspeaker, it's more than likely the chargeport flex which is at fault.

You can try reconnecting the flex to ensure it isn't a connection issue, and verify that the loudspeaker is properly screwed down (the springy contacts at the bottom of the loudspeaker needs to be in secure physical contact with the gold contacts on the chargeport flex), but if it's not either of those and the loudspeaker was functional before, the lightning port flex is probably faulty.
