The owner gave me the password n apple ID but still it doesn't work
@palesa emily Didn't give the right one.
Removing devices from Apple ID can be done on icloud.com by the owner, it shouldn't be necessary to share the password directly.

Iv seen your previous messages and this is going to need some cooperation from who you bought the device from
Ether you or the previous owner needs to log into iCloud through another apple device or internet brower(safari,chrome,Firefox and much more)
Once you have logged in you need to remove the device from the Apple ID whitch should remove the activation lock
This process can be a bit fiddly but I am more than happy to assist you with it as iv bee in this position before and a little help goes a log was so I can help you in the comments if you want

Mato, this is not an iCloud removal service. Only Apple can fully and permanently remove an iCloud lock on an iPhone.
If you bought a phone that is iCloud locked that was sold to you as usable, you need to go get your money back. If you bought it thinking you could have the iCloud account removed, you made a bad choice.
If it's a phone you found, you're out of luck; turn it in to the police so they can return it to the rightful owner.
