Why won't my hp omen laptop not turn on?

At first it was working fine, i usually played heavy games on it, i faced no issue.

I turned it on some morning (about 2 years ago) and it just booted normally and after sometime the screen started flickering and it shutdown. It wasn't overheated or spilled with water or anything, it just suddenly stopped.

I've tried many guides by replacing the ram, removing the battery, changing the hard drive everything

Keeping in mind

1) It's power supply is perfect

2) It's ram was new

3) Hard drive was working correctly

The thing is if I try to start it the power light turns on and stays on but the screen remains blank, I don't hear the fans spinning and the keyboard doesn't light up.

I'm suspecting that it's a power issue as the motherboard doesn't receive power but at one side the usb port is working but on the main side where there are 2 usb ports, hdmi, and power port is not working (power port does receive power)

This has been ging on for a few days and I haven't really taken it anywhere for repairing because the people in my country are not very skilled and it's just a big risk.

Any help will be appreciated! Thanks.

Have you tried accessing the BIOS menu?

No the thing is that it won't boot at all

I mean the logo won't appear the screen remains black, it shows nothing.

There is no possible way to access the BIOS menu.

From your description it is not passing POST (Power On Self Test) or even trying to start POSTing.

To eliminate the possibility that it is a corrupted BIOS that is preventing a normal start try a power refresh and see if that resolves the problem

Disconnect the charger if connected and then open the laptop and disconnect the main battery from the motherboard (you don't have to remove it, just disconnect it). Next remove the RTC coin cell battery from the motherboard and then press and hold the Power On button for a full 30 seconds and then release it.

With the RTC battery out, measure its voltage. if it is <2.5V DC replace it. It is a RC2032 coin cell battery, available most everywhere e.g. supermarkets.

Reinsert the RTC battery (+ve on top), reconnect the battery, connect the charger and try turning the laptop on.

Not that you need it but here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop. See p.34 and p.55 to see how to disconnect the battery and remove the RTC battery.

If still no good, what is the make and model number of the motherboard as printed on the motherboard itself, e.g. DAG35???? perhaps? The schematic may have to be found to find out what's wrong.
