My phone is very slow at downloading files and loading videos, how do I solve that problem

try clearing the cache memory on the phone by going into the settings of the phone and scroll down till you get storage and enter then scroll till you get cache memory and enter and select delete cache or clear cache memory and then restart your phone and this should help with your issue and if you dont see a significant improvement in the speed of your phone then try uninstalling and deleting apps you no longer use or use very seldom. and remember to clear the cache and restart your phone after uninstalling any apps.

Try clearing chase and delete unwanted files close opened tab on chrome. Remove large applications and clean your phone and restart it.
