everything seems fine why is my MacBook not working?

My MacBook turns on and everything is alive the logo is lit up the fans spin but the screen just stays a bright black I can tell the screen is on but there’s just nothing I’ve tried everything plugging it into a monitor does work I’ve tried unplugging replugging the battery that does not work I have confirmed the batter is working and holdi9ng a charge I just don’t see why it won’t work if anyone has suggestions please tell me.

Let’s give this a try take a flashlight and aim it in through the Apple logo in the lid, you should see the faint outline of your desktop and its icons. If you do your displays backlight circuit is having issues, if not the LCD and/or the display cable is damaged and will need to be replaced.
