How can I fix the charging port on my bugani m83 waterproof Bluetooth

The charging port on my Bugani m83 speaker seems loose. In order to charge it the plug has to be in just the right position which usually involves using a small bungi cord to keep it from moving and losing the connection. I can't seem to figure out how to open the speaker body in order to attempt repairing it.
