Why is my epson artisan 837 leaking blue ink spots onto the paper.?

My printer ink heads have been cleaned. But when I print random blue ink leaks onto my printed document. The cartridges have been changed and new cartridges used. That did not solve the problem. I have also updated the printer drivers.
