suddenly says all inks are out or low but that is untrue

Black was new cartridge but no output. I flushed the black nozzle. After 3 check prints the output test was near perfect all colors. Then suddenly panel says inks are out or nearly so, but hour earlier they were full or nearly so. I am sure they are clicked into position.
