What causes lines and bars on the faceplate screen?

lines and bars are running verticle on the right side of the front of my iPhone

I know the iphone 6 had a huge problem with bending. This put pressure on the touch IC chip and often caused lines like the ones you are describing. Bending was less of a problem on the 6s, but it could still happen. Do you see any visible bend in the phone?
