Cannot exit from boot menu..

my pc Toshiba Satellite C50-A550, stuck on Aptio Setup Utility - copyright (C) 2012 American Megatrends, Inc. It doesn't exiting manually. Please help..

Have you followed these steps?
- While the "TOSHIBA" logo is displayed, press the F2 function key to start BIOS Setup.
- Check the version of BIOS and press the F9 function key then Enter to load setup defaults.
- Press the F10 function key then Enter to save settings and exit.
The computer will automatically reboot.
Is your BIOS Version: 5.10 Dated 2015-09-02 ?
You could also try removing the battery and pressing the power button for 30 seconds.

So, after the Toshiba logo, my screen goes to a password request. I can't get to a boot or Bios screen. I don't have the password.
@donaldgotwald Who put the password on it? Ask them.
