But after a night the LCD is turned off, the battery is working fine, the charging light indicator is on, but the screen just can't turned on, like its not plugged in. I wonder which is the cable responsible for this cause

Definitely try to reseat the display cable and see if there is any change. Otherwise try to see if putting the old screen back causes the picture to return, as there is the potential that you received a defective screen.
