Tod Brown start off with replacing the brushes and cleaning the filer by the bin.

Thank you for answering. I cleaned all the filters and bins et cetera. I also added new brushes. I vacuumed out the inside as much as I could. It still doesn't pick up the fine particles. I have a newer rumba for the 2nd floor of my house, in the, and that 1 works much better.
