PS4 makes a loud wrrrrrrrr sound when i press the power button and looks like its booting up with a light but shows no display on TV then shuts down. One time i managed to get it to work but it sounded super loud and then crashed in the middle of a game. There is also a “clink” noises constently when turned off but plugged in

The issues is overheating that can be caused by too much accumulated dust or over current.so it shutdown it self to protect ICs to get damaged.
My advice; open it and clean it by using PCB cleaner/kerosene or check any shorted/abnormal component and replace it
