Fully charged, then press clean - immediately says - pls charge roomba
it is fully charged, but then press the clean button, it immediately says charge Roomba.
It doesn’t move at all

Sounds like it’s time for a replacement battery. The original manufacturer’s batteries are rather pricey, but you can find good aftermarket batteries on Amazon, for example.

thanks! I just replaced the battery about 1 month ago though. :-(

I tried to trigger self-diagnostic - it doesn’t work either
I am afraid that it is dying ….. isn’t it?

If it behaves the same with the new and the old battery, it could be on its last legs, I'm guessing. The self-diagnostic mode, is that a button on your Roomba or are you using the iRobot app?
