Squeaking when u open the cartridge door and the cartridges move along

HP Envy 4527. Keep getting message to say reinsert cartridge. Done this and also replaced cartridge with new. Still getting message after each print. What could be wrong? Also, when u open the cartridge access lid, the cartridges automatically slide along a rail…they have started to squeak..can I lubricate, if so, how/where?
