The phone type is galaxy J 6 and the screen lock type is PIN, the phone has restarted and I can no longer unlock it using my fingerprints, and it is in safe mode now, I don’t care if it requires deleting data.

Usually by holding power/volume up and sometimes the home button.
Hold until the device reboots, keep holding and a recovery menu should open.
You can use the volume down and up to navigate the menu, and power to select.
Look for factory reset.
Note: you may need your google account info to finish reactivating the phone after reseting the phone in this way. You could get locked at that stepped without it.
Other note: button combo is different for all devices. Do a quick search on google for your model and hard reset.

You can reset the phone without it, but if the phone has a google account, you will need the account and password to reactivate the phone after the reset.
Maybe try to go on google.com and log in into your account first to see if you have the password
