Why can't I connect to Wifi?

I've been trying to find ways to connect to Wi-Fi on this tablet for the last hour every time I connect it either says connected, no internet or it says no internet access detected, won't automatically reconnect. I have also done a network settings reset and it still won't work what can I do? My other wifi-connected items are working on Wi-Fi so I don't see what the problem is. This is for another person who needs this for work helping medically needy people.

Hi,

Have you checked that the tablet's date and time is correct?

Do you mean that you're losing the WiFi connection?

If so try using the tablet as close as possible to the router i.e. <30cm and check if the WiFi connection remains stable and that you can connect to the internet OK. If you can there may be an antenna problem in the tablet.

I know the time is incorrect I'm not sure about the date I don't have it in front of me right this moment but I haven't been able to figure out how to change the time on the tablet either. When attempting to connect to Wi-Fi it just does not connect, there is no thinking time for it to connect it just fails. There is no Wi-Fi connection to lose. It just doesn't connect and provides the messages in my first post. Any more information would be greatly appreciated.

The date and time settings are usually located in the Settings menu somewhere. Go to Apps > Settings.

Did you try using it close to the router, you didn't say
