I attempted to replace my cracked digitizer tonight. It did not go well, the glue would just not come off right. Now I have it put back together, but it appears that the Top-Right button is not responding nor is the digitizer, I think I might have the digitizer put in poorly, but I figured the top right button would still work. Any ideas?

You probably have destroyed the power cable. It is routed just underneath the glass and is very easy to break upon removing the old digitizer. (Have had this a few times myself also. Can happen no matter how carefull you work)
You probably need to replace the power/volume/mute flex. It is an easy job to do (once you have removed the digitizer).
