iPhone home button not working after speaker replacement

I have two iPhone 7 Pluses that I am repairing and I’ve noticed that when opened both have home button issues, speaker issues, and front camera and earpiece issues. I tried replacing the charging port on one, and the home button (Touch ID still works), front camera and earpiece stop working alongside the speaker. Are they all interconnected? I’ve checked the ports, and cables, I’ve also tried putting different parts in to make sure it’s not the part. The other IPhone I was replacing the speaker, after opening and replacing the speaker, the earpiece won’t work, the front camera is blank, home button doesn’t work (Touch ID still works) and the speaker isn’t working. Is there any way I can fix this? I feel like the phones have been destroyed, it seems like the most difficult to repair are the 7 Pluses, as I’ve repaired many Apple devices before.
