Home button haptics supercharged

Suddenly when I woke up my home button turned from its normal small clicks to a full on vibration when I click it it also happens with Siri, It can’t be the screws loose because it still sounds solid it’s and it’s not the 3 diff settings for home button strength it’s just that the vibration strength and duration increased by an unnatural amount and I’m unsure what caused it. It’s like the normal haptics for the keyboard are normal but the home button was boosted x10, while making this just found out the pinch zoom on this browser also vibrates like crazy
