Visio E65-E1 horizontal line across screen and duplicating image below

I have VISIO E65-E1 and I have this issue. I have a thin horizontal line on the lower half of my screen and below it, the image duplicates/distorting. How can I fix this issue? I have replaced mother board and t con and it did not help.
