Gliches and turns off randomly.

For some reason my ps4 slim will work for 5-30 mins then my tv will have coloured lines and glitch then my ps4 will turn off it even dose this on rest mode. I have a new HDMI cable brand new I rebuild the ps4 check the back in the ac cord. I think it might be the ps4 because when I plug a ac cord to the ps4 I hear a sparks and when I plug into the wall but it might be more that I don't know.
