My laptop keeps shutting down and the charge indicator keeps blinking

We sent it to the warranty and they said that there is no problem and sent it back

It began exhibiting the same problems again

We reinstalled Windows and it still didn't fix

We don't want to open it as we have warranty and don't want to void it please specify the problem so that we could send it back with more detailed explanation
