Why does the headphone turn off when there is 10% battery left?
My headphone will not stay on when it is at 10% battery life. I switch it on and it goes off after 2-3 sec.

This is most likely an issue with the battery getting old and bad. If they work perfectly fine above 10% it’s probably the battery.
Depending on how old these headphones are will determine if this is the problem or not.

Hi sorry I got these for Christmas, so they are about 1 month old. Is it maybe some sort of automatic function to protect the battery or something?
