1 My new battery won't charge.
When I replaced the battery, the new battery would not charge. It seemed to be a straightforward operation, and only required that the new battery be plugged in to that internal socket. (one plug, only), but the battery is not charging.
What could I have done wrong in such a seemingly simple exchange of batteries?
