What is the model number of the phone? Check for the model number either on the bottom of the base station or sometimes it may be in the phone's battery compartment
The Uniden D1760 that you have selected does not have an answer machine facility (or do you mean Voicemail messages?) and not all Uniden phones use the same menu procedures.
