Can I use any 2nd gen screen on my ipad pro

I’m attempting to replace the display of my iPad Pro 2nd gen and have found it extremely difficult to find the basic screen (A1670) in stock anywhere. However, i have had a quote for a Wifi + cellular 2nd gen screen (A1671) but i have no clue if that wil still be compatible with my device. Upon doing some research i have found no information on this but both screens seem to be very similar if not identical. Could somebody please enlighten me?

Yes I can confirm that both screens are compatible with each other. If you order a replacement screen they will work on both A1670 & A1671.

Both A1670 and A1671 is 2th Generation and the screen is a 2th gen screen so it will fit.

The only thing that may be different enough to cause a issue between wifi model and cellular is the housing with the antennas and sim card slot causing issiues. With 12.9 2th gen the sim slot does not cause issues, can be left unplugged. Not sure about antennas but they tend to differentiate.
