How can I get my iPhone XS out of an bootloop?

I have an IPhone XS and it got stuck in a bootloop before but I did the volume up, volume down, power button, sequence and it worked. Then around 10 days ago, the same thing happened but that solution didn’t work anymore.

I tried to use Itunes but there was some error..? I forgot what it said but it didn’t work. I don’t care about losing my data, I’m completely fine with that. I already have my photos backed up to Google. I’m not even sure if those programs like Reiboot will work so I don’t want to waste money. My mom is trying to tell me it’s completely broken and that I will have to sell it for parts. Is there any solution to this?

This is most likely a parts problem. You should replace the battery first than the dock flex. Also if it has an aftermarket LCD screen fitted you should try replacing that as they tend to get a partial short on the VDD main line. In the meantime lift the screen and discount all flexes besides the dock, LCD battery and touch. This will rule out the rest of the parts.
