water leaks while filling under the area where the supply hoses are connected to the washer

I noticed that one of the hoses is connected with a hose clamp and the other hose is connected with a spring clamp

I noticed that the hose that has the hose clamp was wet on the outside and I will try to repair it myself by cutting the hose back a little bit and re-clamping it with a new hose clamp
