Boot Loop no display

Hello Forum,

I have a problem with my Iphone 7 (qualcomm)

So i had a no service issue which i repaired (Kind of) and after replacing BBPMU i had to do a restore, on the phone i saw imei number so probably everything was soldered just fine.Till that moment device was turning on properly. So i tried to restore my phone using 3uTools and Itunes, and finally i got error -1 , and my phone was stuck on progress bar under the apple logo, nothing happened for few minutes and i decided to turn it of holding buttons. Then my phone was just looping to recovery mode, and on 3utools i clicked on EXiT recovery mode, and after that my phone is not turning on at all, on Bench power supply i can see after holding power on 60mA jumping to 200mA and turning off, and process starts again, if anyone has any idea what is the solution i’d really apericiate any kind of help :)

You will need to re-ball the baseband CPU but being the Qualcomm model the baseband will probably be shorted internally. If it is you could try burning the short out but it doesn’t have a good success rate.

If the keypad brings up the IMEI you might just get away with re-balling the BBCPU.

ill check if tigris is shorted on 5V0Usb

@msac1ek The baseband PMU is not the baseband CPU which I am talking about. The power readings you supplied are a signature fault for the baseband CPU.

The problem is there is no internal short on the board , When im turning on something Just doesnt work, ill get some measurements in few days , ill get better power cables and usb amp and voltage meter, and everything will show up. Im thinking something might died when i interrupted doing restore when it was unsuccesful. any idea what could die? Nand or something ?
