Looks like either a faulty replacement screen or the connectors aren’t seated correctly.
Make sure that you’ve cleaned the connectors with alcohol and then see if screen wakes normally. If not chances are it’s just the quality of the part you got. Try that part on a different device or try a different screen on your device to see where the problem lays.
