The fan only spins when I hold the power button for 10secs and connect MagSafe while holding the power button for another 10secs.
Have done NRAM and SMC reset, nothing happens. MagSafe shows an orange light.

Lets try this, follow this guide MacBook Pro 13" Retina-scherm begin 2015 Vervanging van de batterij just disconnecting the battery following the Steps to Step 6. Now set the system on its side so you can gain access to the keyboard with the battery connection not shorting.
With the battery and any thing else disconnected press the power button a good 10 seconds so you fully discharge the circuit. Now plug in the MagSafe did the system spontaneously restart? If it did you need a new battery!

Thank @danj but have done that before but nothing happens. To save time, I observed that U7870 on the board is very hot. but according to the guide I read, it was written that a hot component is a sign of shorting, I don't know how true that is
Also, note that the fan spins when I hold the button for 10secs, then plugin MagSafe while holding the power button for another 10secs. no chime, no display, just fan spinning at high speed.
Please help, bringing this laptop back to life has a huge influence on my career
If you did exactly as I stated and the system did not spontaneously start then your logic board needs repairs or you'll need to replace it.
@danj PP1V8_S3 cannot be found on a1502 logic board 820-3536, please what is the appropriate term?

Can you give us some more info on what happened. Did you drop of bang the system? Did you have a liquid spill or st it down on a wet surface?

Thank @danj for your swift response. No liquid spill on the system. I put the system on sleep a night before with power connected all night and the next morning when I open it, it refused to come on. I tried every possible solution including SMC and NVRAM, it didn't come on.
