Experts in repair shop believe my GPU fried. Any way to fix this?

My XZ premium overheated and screen never turned back on again. I have power, it charges, i get alarms, i get bluetooth connection, notification light etc. There is no damage on screen. but i get black screen. tried hard reset a number of times. I get black screen no matter what, i thought originally it might have been the battery, it seems like GPU malfunction is the issue. Is there a way to fix this? The internet dosent seem to sell parts.
