Front light fades out

Hello,

I have a Vizio TV M65-C1,

When i turn it on, led flash, front white light turns on and fades out, but it is still on, goes off after couple seconds and tv stays in black screen like it is stand by mode.

Main board does have power, i tried putting my cell phone in charge and it does charge.
