Big flame stay on 5-6 seconds after ignitor goes off.

I have DV209AGW/XAA Samsung dryer.

Ignitor comes on ok.

Big flame stay on 5-6 seconds after ignitor goes off.

Then big flame goes off.

I saw four sensors.

Flame sensor has continuity.

Another sensor in front ( opposite end of flame sensor) also has continuity.

By air blower there are two sensors.

one I believe is thermostat and has continuity,

other is thermistor and has 13k ohms instead of manual says 10k ohms.

what else is still wrong ?

When you gas dryer only heats for a few seconds, then the flame goes out, it’s because it has senses too much heat due to either the vent hose in the back is linked or the vent in the home is clogged. A dryer must be able to blow the moisture out of the dryer. If it can’t due to a clogged vent, the flame will go out. Pull your dryer away from the wall, remove the vent hose and spray water in it to clean. Check the vent in the wall to where it goes outside to make sure it’s clear. Turn your dryer on with the hose off to make sure the blower is blowing. You will get some lint blowing into the room and you should only leave it running for 5 seconds on an air only setting. Reattach the hose and check the air flow going outside. It should be blowing justas strong as with the hose off. Burnt gas is carbon monoxide and is poisonous. Make sure the hose isn’t leaking and has no holes.
