These are all of the codecs, video & audio
Here are the ones for video
MP4
M4V (Stuff bought on iTunes)
At 320x240 Pixels (though itunes may automaticly scale higher resolutions)

I converted to H.264 with RP Converter and does not play.

It's ok now. I was using simple windows explorer to copy, but i have to use a program to transfer the files. Thanks.
The best way to put media on an iPod is with iTunes
