I have a problem with my laptop. The keyboard is not working at all. I have no idea what could cause the prblem. Yesterday it worked normally. Today I cannnot do anything.

hi ,
if no liquid spillage , reset the power on the computer by unplugging the AC and hold the power button for 10 sec.
if still the same .
it could be liquid spillage , try external keyboard and if it works fine then replace the keyboard .
if when you use the external keyboard it types wrongly again replace the keyboard and the internal keyboard interferes with input .

I try to reset but still no outcome. External keyboard did not work.
