I have a Visio Tv with a backlight that turns on but no image

I have a D43-F1 visio tv, when I try to turn it on I get a blank/black sceen (but the backlight is on). I was wondering what might be wrong with it and how to fix it?

Do you get any audio at all, you didn't say?

Do the menu screens work?

Have you tried different inputs, input types e,g HDMI, Component video etc, signal sources etc, e.g. try connecting a dvd player, to check if there is a display?
