I Have a problem about the charging

Hi can someone help?

I have’nt use this phone for 6 months now because of the cracked screen. And now after the screen replacement I have another issue with the battery.

• I charge my phone it went by 2% and then it went off if I play the phone for 3 minutes or so.

• After a while , I plug it back on the battery went up by 100% but then it turn off after I unplug my charger.

• I plug it back again it stuck on 1 % but only for a while if I play it for a while by 4 minuts or so.

Please Can someone tell me what should I do?

You should check your battery first. Check in Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Maximum Câpcity. If it’s more than 80%, you should be okay. If it’s under 80%, you’ll need to replace the battery

If you have iOS 10 or earlier, search on App Store for Battery Life, and download it, run app and see if it’s more than 80% or under 80%. Again, if you have the battery under 80% or lower, swap it ASAP.
