when booting with this error, usually indicates file corruption. this could be because of faulty hard drive or just corrupt system files. two options for repair would be to start into recovery mode…press f8 at boot up and go to the command line prompt. from there you can run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /f this will attempt to fix and repair any system file corruption and bad sectors on your hard drive. if this does not fix your boot issue, you will want to do a smart disck check, also in your recovery menu. if this fails or is taking a long time to complete, you will want to change your hard drive. hope this helps. post back for any further assistance.

Just to know when i in system repair on select account . But it says

"You need to sign in as an administrator to continue but there aren't any administrator on this PC "

whatever your option is for recovery...if its not f8, try f12, f10, esc...whatever the option displays at the bottom is. you will not be on a screen for a select account. you will be at a screen that list multiple options as restore, command prompt, repair, etc. yours is f11

ok....progress.....this bios password is a separate issue than your corrupted files. this can be cleared by opening the unit, removing the cmos, and shorting the positive and negative terminals. can find a guide here:

https://www.techwalla.com/articles/how-t...

if this does not clear the bios password, you will need to remove the bios chip and read and clear with a chip reader/writer. if you do not have these tools, a local technician should be able to do this for you, for a nominal fee.
