Cannot access system Storage Error CE-34335-8

I was getting this error sometimes. tested the hard drive in a PC and it was fine, no smart errors or read errors.

I replaced the hard drive with a new one, worked fine for a day or two, but now it appear again!

I think it mostly happens when the console is hot. when I turn it on cold it works fine and I can play games with no problem.
