Screen flickers upwards every second

I have a Vizio D43-F1 TV, and it randomly started flickering upwards, almost like the V hold was out like an old school TV. It's always had the picture like, slightly shifted, where one tiny strip of whatever was on the right side, was on the left side, but I could deal with that. This is completely unusable in it's current state. Any advice moving forward? I'd like to fix it myself, I just need to know what to look for.
