How do I fix the console not accepting reading and ejecting discs?

My son put 3 discs iin one at a time 3 seperate times and i was able to get them out. But now console wont automatically pull in disc read it or eject it What can i do to fix it? Or can i?

Hi,

The solution would be to replace the optical drive entirely. It is possible to do so.
