Help ps3 no signal when turn on but on safe mode it has

My ps3 has no signal when i turn it on but on safe mode it has so when i try. any option on safe mode they just take my ps3 to no signal. instead my ps3 is on when i turn it the yellow light turns on but it turns of quickly
