Spilt yoghurt on phone screen

Hi,

I woke this morning to find yoghurt on my phone screen - it had dripped down from a yoghurt pot above the phone. I wiped it off using tissue and my jumper and some yoghurt was near the ear speaker at the top of the phone and also some near the power button at the side - and perhaps went into the phone. It seemed fine, though, so used it for a few hours after that. However, am very worried because apparently food / liquid damage typically occurs some time after the spillage - after it has got into the motherboard, etc. Do I need to take it apart and clean it, etc? I’d have no idea how to do this. Or anything else?
