Why my iPhone 7 is almost completly dead?

Hy everyone!

I have a problem with my iPhone 7. Yesterday the phone completly shut down with no sign. The phone is almost dead. Almost because the only sign of life is that if I plug in the charger and I press the home button the taptic engine is work. If I press the volume down button and the power button in the same time the taptic engine doesn’t work until I disconnect the charger then connect the phone to the charger. I have a small USB tester that show me the charging amper is very instable between 0 and 0.60.

iTunes and 3uTools can't recognise my phone.

Is there any typical motherboard issue with the iPhone 7?

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in avance!

From what you are describing it sounds like your phone is booted but there is no image or backlight on the screen. Connect it to your PC and see if iTunes or 3UTools recognises it. If it does get your screen replaced and it should be fine.

Sorry! I forget that iTunes and 3uTools can't recognise my phone.

Start by ruling out parts. Replace the battery first and let us know if it’s still the same.

Okay tomorrow (in my country) I replace the battery because I have a new one.

The new battery can't solved the problem. But the charging amper with the new battery is stable at 0.91 amper.

If your phone hasn’t synced with your PC or mac lately and has a passcode it will not be detected. As you can hear the Taptic engine working the next step would be to replace the screen.
